- General Provisions
The organizer and executor of the promotion named "LABELLED GIVEAWAY" (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion") is Barbara Pölyhe e.v., (address: 1134 Budapest, Angyalföldi út 5. 3/9.) hereinafter referred to as "Organizer."
- Promotional Mechanism
**Duration:** June 5-9, 2024.
**Platform:** LABELLED Jewellery @be_labelled Instagram page (http://www.instagram.com/be_labelled)
Participants can enter the game by following the steps described in the post on @be_labelled Instagram page on June 05: like the giveaway post, follow the @be_labelled & @320dtla Instagram pages and tag at least one friend in a comment under the post.
- Prize
At the end of the game, 1 winner will be drawn who will win one of the Silk Scarf products & 320 DTLA baseball hat of their choice.
Participants cannot claim any financial or cost compensation from the Organizer or any third party acting on behalf of the Organizer under any circumstances.
- Participation Conditions
Only individuals over the age of 18 with an Instagram profile registered with real data can participate in the giveaway. Participation in the game requires completing the task specified in the promotional mechanism outlined in point 1 and adhering to the moderation principles of the page announcing the promotion.
Uploaded content must comply with the following moderation principles:
- No vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, dangerous content.
- No defamatory, false, or unlawful content.
- No content offensive to minorities, religions, races, nationalities, or sexual orientations.
- No content violating current laws or containing calls to crime.
- No content offensive to good taste, pornographic, displaying symbols of tyranny, or linking to such websites.
- No content violating patent, trademark, origin indication, or design protection rights.
- No content violating copyright or related rights.
- No revenue data publication.
- No violent content or depictions of violence.
Participants who fully comply with the participation conditions are eligible for the giveaway draw.

Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free, and participants can withdraw from participation at any time during the promotion. Withdrawal can be initiated by the player through a private message on the @be_labelled Instagram page or via email at info@belabelled.eu. Participation implies automatic acceptance of these official rules and the Privacy Statement.
- Invalid Applications
All applications that do not comply with the participation conditions set out in this game rule and the promotional mechanism defined in point 2 will be considered invalid.
- Game Duration
The game will be announced on June 5, 2024, and will end at midnight on June 9, 2024.
- Winner Selection
The prize detailed in point 3 will be drawn among the participants who meet the conditions detailed in point 2.
The prize will be drawn after the end of the game, by the morning of June 10, 2024. The results will be announced in a comment under the game post and in an Instagram Story, mentioning the winner.
- Prize Collection Conditions
Prizes won cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
The winner will be contacted via direct message through their Instagram profile. After coordinating the prize (selecting the exact product, customization), the prize will be sent by GLS courier for domestic addresses, and by registered mail for international addresses.
If the winner has limited legal capacity, they can only handle the prize or its collection with their legal representative. If the winner is legally incapacitated, only their legal representative can act on their behalf. Winners must respond regarding the prize within 5 working days after the selection. In the absence of a response, a new winner will be drawn.
The Organizer is not responsible for any damages or consequences caused by incorrect or erroneous data provided by the participant.
- Prize-related Fees
Participants in this promotion are not subject to personal income tax and/or fee payment obligations related to the prizes; these are borne by the Organizer.
- Data Management
The following terms in this privacy policy have the following meanings:
**Data Controller:** Barbara Pölyhe e.v., (address: 1134 Budapest, Angyalföldi út 5. 3/9.)
**Participant:** Those who comment on the giveaway post on the @be_labelled Instagram page. The data management does not involve websites. The Data Controller will not use the usernames and other available data of the participating players for any purpose other than the draw and will not pass them on to third parties.
**Purposes and legal basis of data processing, scope of processed data:** Conducting the Draw, which includes:
- Registration for participation in the Draw
- Contact during the Draw
- Draw
- Verification of participation eligibility
- Scope of data processed: contact data provided.
- Legal basis for data processing: the consent of the data subject
**Consent Statement:** By participating in the giveaway, the data subject gives explicit consent to the data processing without separate written permission.
**Data Processing and Retention Period:**
The Data Controller processes the data from June 5, 2024, until the prizes are awarded. After that, the contact database will be deleted.
The terms used in this data management policy are consistent with the terminology of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
1. The Data Controller processes the personal data related to the data subject in accordance with the provisions of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (April 27, 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
2. By providing consent, the data subject expressly consents to the processing of their provided personal data by the Data Controller in accordance with this data management policy.
3. Legal basis for data processing: the consent of the data subjects.
4. Data transfer: By providing consent, the data subject authorizes the Data Controller to transfer their personal data to Barbara Pölyhe e.v. for the purpose specified in point 4.
5. Scope of data processing and transfer: personal data provided by the data subject (surname, first name, email address).
6. The Data Controller must ensure that the data cannot be accessed by anyone other than the Data Controller, except where otherwise required by law or with the consent of the data subject.
7. The starting date of data processing is the date the data subject provides the Consent Statement, and its duration is equal to the period required for the purpose of data processing, i.e., the duration of contact. Upon the termination of the purpose of data processing, or at the request of the data subject, personal data will be automatically deleted.
8. The data subject has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, to request the correction or deletion of their personal data. These rights can be exercised free of charge by sending a statement to hello@belabelled.eu. Upon request for information, the Data Controller will respond in writing within the shortest possible time, but no later than 30 days. In this regard, a written communication is considered a response sent to the data subject's email address. The data subject has the right to go to court if their personal data rights are violated.

- Exclusion of Liability
The entrepreneur participating in the organization of the Promotion is not responsible for, and excludes all compensation claims for, costs, damages, and losses related to the Promotion.
If a player submits any content without authorization, the Organizer excludes them from the Promotion. The Organizer or its Representative accepts no responsibility for unauthorized content or incorrectly provided data.
If the winning player does not collect their prize, they cannot claim it from the Organizer or its Representative at a later date.
Participants' data is not managed by Instagram, and Instagram does not support, approve, or manage the giveaway in any way. Instagram is not associated with the giveaway in any way.
The Organizer is not responsible for the behavior of players or other Instagram users related to the giveaway. The Organizer reserves the right to moderate user expressions that are illegal or unacceptable from an ethical point of view without justification.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any consequences caused by incorrectly or erroneously provided data by the participant.
The Organizer is not responsible for problems arising from technical errors.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these official participation conditions if deemed necessary. Participants will be informed of any changes on the www.instagram.com/be_labelled Instagram page.
By submitting their application, participants acknowledge and accept all the conditions set forth in these game rules.
