After your order will be sent, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can easily follow the journey of your order.

If the ordered product didn’t meet your expectations, or you would like to change the size of your item, you have 14 days to send it back to us, on your own expense. In case of return you must also send back the gift box, the dust bag and any gifts received with your order. Please note, that the refund can take up to 30 working days. In case of replacement, the changed product(s) will be shipped in 1-4 business days. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
