- Measure your ankle length first.
- S - 20-21cm ankle size (+3cm adjustable)
- M - 23-24cm ankle size (+3cm adjustable)

Protect your beauty from knocks, scratches, chemicals and extremes. Take it off to rest, while you are sleeping or bathing.
Avoid salty water on the beach and also chlorinated.
Don’t apply perfume or cream directly on the jewel.
Place them individually in a pouch.
